Wednesday Wins Spotlight: Nina Ruelens, Founder of Chef Nina’s Creative Kitchen

This week, we’re celebrating a beautiful win from Momentum Member Nina Ruelens, a Holistic Chef and Food Coach who helps people reset their relationship with food, reconnect to their bodies, and redefine nourishment from the inside out.
Her latest win?
Nina has been launching from a whole new level, one rooted in deep alignment. She’s been catching herself in real time, rewriting the old stories her mind wants to tell, and instead choosing the truth her heart knows. Even in a season that felt like rock bottom, she’s been embodying the practices she teaches and finding gratitude in the process.
That heart-first approach has changed everything.
Right now, Nina is supporting clients inside The Real Food Reset, a 30-day detox from ultra-processed foods and sugar. She’s also growing her 1:1 Peace with Food Mentorship, where she guides clients to discover the protocols, rhythms, and nourishment that truly work for them without shame or rigidity.
What we love most? Nina leads by example. Her willingness to go first, to walk through discomfort with curiosity and compassion, and to meet her clients exactly where they are makes her mentorship as transformative as it is nourishing.
Thank you, Nina, for reminding us that alignment isn’t just what we teach, it’s what we practice too.
Mindset Moment:
Selling doesn’t (and shouldn’t) feel sleazy. When it’s aligned and done in service, it feels clear, grounded, and exciting!
Ask yourself:
→ What am I ready to sell with intention this month?
→ Where can I simplify instead of adding more?
→ How can I stay visible in a way that feels sustainable?
📣 Reminder:
Your work deserves to be seen and supported this season.
Keep showing up for the offer you believe in, and don’t be afraid to ask for support.
Use the community to share your sales draft, test your messaging, or get feedback on what you're putting out there.
Momentum is the place to refine, simplify, and stay consistent.
With you every step,
Amanda
