Karen is the owner of Inside Out, where she supports wellbeing, life, and relationships through energy work and intuitive guidance — and this week, we’re celebrating the launch of her powerful new offering!
Inside Out Reiki Voice Empowerment is a guided journey designed to align the throat chakra by blending reiki energy with voice and sound practices. The idea came to life during a recent Reiki Masters retreat, where Karen had an epiphany to combine her lifelong connection to voice with her experience in energy work. The result? A one-of-a-kind experience that empowers people to express their truth with clarity and confidence.
