• Weekly Theme: Fresh Start Energy. We are honouring the stillness of this week while using the quiet space to choose our clear direction for the year ahead. This is preparation, not participation.
• Monday Sprints: Worksprints are paused until the new year! Our team is OOO until January 2nd. This is your time for unstructured reflection, deep rest, and quiet planning.

Wednesday Wins Spotlight: Your One Biggest Win in 2025

2025 was all about shedding and with that shed came many wins and 'failures' - which of course are never failures, only gifts and lessons in disguise. This week is a Period of Pause - a quiet week before the 1/11 portal inviting you to rest, listen, and let your intuition guide you. You'll feel the stir of energy from the fire horse kick up, but your work this week is in the rest.
