This past week on Instagram I wrote about polarity. Life and business rarely move in a straight line. Sometimes we’re celebrating a new chapter, while quietly navigating something heavy behind the scenes. This season, I’ve been reminded that we don’t have to choose between joy and grief, expansion and uncertainty. We can hold both. It’s not either/or. It’s both/and. That’s the real work of momentum: showing up for it all, finding light in the contrast, and choosing to keep going, even when the waves are high.
